WHO ARE WE
Our position
Dokeraa is a mission-led company founded by Judith and Emmanuel Giraud.
The complementary experiences of the founders in e-commerce, digital services, supply chain contribute to the unique strategic position of Dokeraa in the fulfillment and shipping sector, based around three core pillars:
- CSR committment to making e-commerce and retail trade more sustainable
- Personalisation of services to bring greater value to the customer experience
- The digital services which bring value to the customer in managing and optimizing their activity
ORIGINS
Why Dokeraa ?
Dokeraa was created as the result of an ambition to support a new generation of trade, and specifically e-commerce, driven by entrepreneurs who aim to create sustainable brands built around the strong values which we share.
In order to develop their project this new generation of entrepreneurs often has specific requirements and personalized support which we aim to provide through our services at different phases of the supply chain.
Our goal is to be a facilitator to this type of new entrepreneur to help support their (sustainable) development.
OUR DNA
Our values
INCLUSION
This value is at the heart of Dokeraa’s mission. Having meaningful employment structures life for everybody but it is not always straightforward, and sometimes it can be very complicated to find employment, an internship or an apprenticeship. Dokeraa brings work to the various logistics partners with which we work, helping them to fulfill their role of social insertion and/or integration.
COMMUNITY
Being part of a team is a mindset, a way of working towards a common goal The power of working as a team is enormous. Belonging to a team or community means celebrating successes and sharing difficulties and daily pressure at work. Communication, availability, reaction, agility and flexibility are at the heart of this shared value in the Dokeraa team.
RESPECT
This value is also part of the Dokeraa DNA. Respect for our customers and our customers’ customers, our partners and our suppliers, without whom we would not exist, and of course the respect for our environment. Respect is part of everyday interactions and at the heart of our actions.
SHARING
Success is never the result of one person or several people, but through the input of all contributors (direct or indirect) in the company. In our opinion is it essential for every employee finds their place in the development of the project, whatever the way it may be recognised.
