Preparation

In project mode, we define together the IT flows to be implemented and the specificities of each flow. Together, we configure the best means of communication between the two systems to meet the customer's business challenges.

Parameterization / development

Set up IT interfaces between Dokeraa and the customer.

If your CMS is already available in our modules, this involves a simple parameterization via an API key, enabling you to retrieve customer order and stock data from your CMS. In the case of off-line interfacing, interfaces are set up to synchronize the e-commerce platform with the logistics management system. Careful planning and development of interfaces is crucial to their success.

Start and switch completely to WMS.

Test

The test phase enables us to carry out computerized tests of product flows and product orders in both directions, and to validate the transport labels.

We work with a test set to run simulations to ensure that all order flows are compliant.

Launch

Identify data to be automatically extracted from the management system. Extract customer orders to determine products to be shipped and delivery information (customer addresses and tracking numbers). Stock, on the other hand, guarantees that products are available for shipment.
