WHO ARE WE
Our positioning as a company with a mission
A company with a mission, Dokeraa was co-founded by Judith Giraudand Emmanuel Giraud, who heads the company.
The complementary experience of its founders in the e-commerce, digital and supply chain industries contributes to Dokeraa’s unique positioning in the world of logistics and transport. This is based on three essential pillars:
- CSR committment to making e-commerce and retail trade more sustainable
- Personalisation of services to bring greater value to the customer experience
- The digital services which bring value to the customer in managing and optimizing their activity

ORIGINS
Why Dokeraa ?
The creation of Dokeraa, a company with a mission, is part of a project to serve a new generation of companies and managers who have created and developed a business based on the same strong values we share.
In order to develop their project this new generation of entrepreneurs often has specific requirements and personalized support which we aim to provide through our services at different phases of the supply chain.
Our goal is to be a facilitator to this type of new entrepreneur to help support their (sustainable) development.
OUR DNA
Our values
INCLUSION
This value is at the heart of Dokeraa’s mission. Having meaningful employment structures life for everybody but it is not always straightforward, and sometimes it can be very complicated to find employment, an internship or an apprenticeship. Dokeraa brings work to the various logistics partners with which we work, helping them to fulfill their role of social insertion and/or integration.
COMMUNITY
Being part of a team is a mindset, a way of working towards a common goal The power of working as a team is enormous. Belonging to a team or community means celebrating successes and sharing difficulties and daily pressure at work. Communication, availability, responsiveness, agility and flexibility are at the heart of this collective value at Dokeraa.
RESPECT
This value is also part of the Dokeraa DNA. Respect for our customers and our customers’ customers, our partners and our suppliers, without whom we would not exist, and of course the respect for our environment. Respect is part of everyday interactions and at the heart of our actions.
SHARING
Because success never rests on one or more individuals, but on all the company’s players, whether direct or indirect. In our view, it’s essential that every contributor should be involved in the development of the company’s mission project, whatever the way in which they are recognized.
