Receiving and stocking goods
As soon as the goods are received, they are taken over, with or without an acknowledgement of receipt. It undergoes quality and quantity checks according to each customer’s specifications, and is then added to the warehouse stock within 24 working hours.
Each e commerce storage area is divided into two zones. Our customers’ products are stored here:
- Rack-mounted
- On shelves

As a key player in the French supply chain, we attach great importance to the traceability of goods stored in our warehouse. It’s one of our major concerns to have a unitary traceability approach. We have high-performance warehouse management software, capable of recording in real time the movements made for each of your product references, and thus identifying the origin and history of the item .
Our WMS enables us to monitor your stocks: location of goods, stock levels, inventory movements. He manages and monitors shipments and handles returns to the warehouse. Last but not least, it can generate reports and analyses to help you make the right decisions. The ultimate goal is always to optimize logistics storage in the warehouse.

Continuous optimization of logistics storage
Most of our logistics storage is managed on a FEFO (First Expired, First Out) basis. Depending on the nature of the products stored, a FIFO (First In, First Out) storage management system may be preferred. We pay close attention to expiration dates to guarantee product quality.
That’s why, thanks to intelligent IT and physical processes, we adopt wave picking, an efficient strategy for exemplary order processing and batch traceability .
Our teams are in daily contact. Beyond that, we hold weekly production committees to monitor ongoing operations, and monthly steering committees directly on site, at the warehouse, to measure performance and track the progress of upcoming projects. These appointment points enable us to constantly optimize the logistical storage of goods.

Glossary
1BBD: Best Before Date
A date indicating the optimal shelf life of a product.
2FIFO: "First In, First Out
In French, "Premier Entré, Premier Sorti". This is a method of inventory management that involves first using up the oldest goods, those that were stored first. Older items are shipped first.
3FEFO: First-expired, First-out
In French, "Premier Périmé, Premier Sorti." This is a logistics management system in which the goods that arrive first and have the shortest expiration date are picked before the others.
4Batch
A specific quantity of goods that are managed and shipped from our warehouses together due to common characteristics. A batch is identified by a unique production batch number. It enables products to be traced.
5Traceability
It is defined as the ability to track a product or batch of products through the supply chain from origin to final destination.
6WMS
This acronym stands for Warehouse Management System. In French, this is warehouse management software. It manages and optimizes warehouse operations.
