To strengthen our team for the end-of-year period, we are looking for a Transportation and Logistics Manager (3-month fixed-term contract: 35 hours per week, with the possibility of a permanent contract)

The missions of this position
As a key member of the team, you will work on a variety of transportation-related topics on a daily basis (B2C, B2B, and B2R).
Administrative
- Preparing and submitting transportation quotes (courier services, freight forwarding, and other dedicated transportation services)
- Entry and Verification of Purchase Invoices
- Assistance with customer billing (preparation, data entry, verification)
- Customer Service: Handling Tickets (Disputes, Complaints)
- Tracking Claims with Carriers
Operations Monitoring
- Daily communication between carriers and logistics operations teams
- Daily monitoring of operations and support for operational teams
• • Support for managing transportation flows during the year-end peak period
Your profile
Essential qualifications for this position:
- You have at least some significant experience in the transportation industry (experience in package delivery is a major plus)
- You are comfortable using digital tools, particularly Excel.
- You are rigorous and pay close attention to detail.
- You are autonomous and able to work both alone and as part of a team.
