We are looking for our future Administrative and accounting assistant (CDI 35 hours/week)
We are a company with a missionhosted by French Tech Angers – ID Campus. We offer logistics and transport solutions e-commerce logistics and transport solutions for e-merchants with a strong and differentiating CSR approach.

The missions of this position
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing invoicing, sales administration, and the accounting and financial follow-up of the business.
Billing
- Invoicing (preparation, entry, control, dispatch, follow-up) logistics and transport
- Monitoring key billing indicators
- Supplier follow-up
Business administration
- Follow-up of customers’ administrative procedures
- Preparation and dispatch of quotations, contracts, amendments, etc.
Accounting and management
- Preparation of accounting documents
- Participation in bookkeeping
- Payment tracking (customers and suppliers)
- Follow-up on reminders
Other missions
- Documentation of internal procedures
- Follow-up of declarations and social procedures
- Help manage customer tickets (on an ad hoc basis)
Your profile
Essential qualities for this position
- You are (very) comfortable with Excel.
- You are familiar with basic accounting principles
- You are rigorous and pay close attention to detail.
- You are autonomous and able to work both alone and as part of a team.
